Every class is live on Braabby's own video classroom — either a small group of up to 5 students, or a private one-to-one lesson. Classes are never recorded; they happen live and stay on the platform.

Open “Book a class” from your dashboard, or tap “Find a teacher”, open a teacher's profile and pick an open time. A small-group lesson costs 1 coin and a private one-to-one costs 2 coins.

Students can enter from 10 minutes before the lesson starts, right up until the scheduled time passes. Your teacher can open the room at any time to get set up.

If the lesson isn't delivered, you are automatically refunded — your coins go straight back to your balance. Nobody is paid for a class that didn't happen.

You can book a seat in a group class up to one hour before it begins. After that the class is locked so it can start smoothly.

You buy Braabby coins and spend them on classes — 1 coin for a small-group lesson, 2 coins for a private one-to-one. No subscriptions, no surprises; coins never expire, so buy a few or stock up for the term.

Open the Coins page from your dashboard, choose how many you want, and tap Pay. You'll approve a Mobile Money request on your phone — Braabby never asks for your PIN — and your coins are added the moment the payment arrives.

Your coin balance shows at the top of your dashboard and on the Coins page, where you can top up any time.

Tap “Teach with us”, create your account and submit your profile — a photo, a short intro video, the subjects you teach and your write-up, plus your certificates. An admin reviews everything before students can find you.

A lesson is automatically confirmed and paid to you 10 minutes after it ends, as long as you and at least one student each spent 30 minutes or more in the room. If something went wrong, there's a 48-hour window to sort it out with an admin.

You can withdraw any amount from 1,000 FRS to your mobile-money wallet from your Settings, once you have earnings.

Students can rate how good and stable your internet connection was during lessons. It shows on your profile so learners know what to expect — keep a steady connection to keep it high.

Yes — open your profile and you can post a public reply under any review a student leaves.

Open “Messages” to chat any time without entering the classroom — the same messages also appear inside the live class. You can send photos and PDFs, and delete your own messages.

Tap the green help button (bottom-right), choose “Speak to admin”, and send a message — you can attach a photo too. Your conversation stays saved here, even after it's marked resolved, and a new message re-opens it.

No. Classes are live and observable but never recorded. Everything stays on-platform.

Every teacher is identity-checked and approved by an admin — including their certificates — before they can teach. Approved teachers show a verified check beside their name.

Yes. In the classroom, tap the background-blur button. It runs on your own device, so it uses no extra data — only the person stays sharp while the background softens.
