About Gyenda

I teach English Language, Literature in English, Citizenship Education, and Geography to Form 5 and Upper Sixth students. My goal is to help learners develop a deeper understanding of their subjects, improve their examination techniques, and achieve excellent academic results. My lessons are clear, interactive, and adapted to each student’s learning needs. I break down difficult topics into simple explanations, provide relevant examples, encourage questions, and use practice exercises to strengthen understanding. In English Language, I focus on grammar, comprehension, essay writing, summary writing, and effective communication. In Literature in English, I help students analyse literary texts, understand themes and characters, identify literary devices, and develop strong answers to examination questions. In Citizenship Education, I explain civic rights, responsibilities, values, and the principles of responsible citizenship. In Geography, I cover physical and human geography, map reading, geographical skills, and important concepts needed for examinations. For Form 5 and Upper Sixth students, I emphasise syllabus coverage, past-question practice, revision strategies, time management, and confidence in answering examination questions. I provide a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions freely, learn from their mistakes, and improve at their own pace. My mission is to make learning easier, build students’ confidence, and equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their examinations and beyond.
