How Braabby protects your account, your money and your classes

Good security should be felt, not noticed. On Braabby, several layers work in the background so you can focus on learning.

Your account

Your password is never stored in plain text. You can turn on two-step sign-in, we alert you when a new device logs in, and we lock an account after repeated wrong attempts. Forgot your password? You can reset it yourself with a one-time code sent to your email — no one at Braabby ever sees your new password.

Sensitive changes need a code

Changing your email or phone number, or — for teachers — withdrawing earnings, is confirmed with a one-time code (OTP). A phone number can be changed at most once every three months, and your account name and city are fixed after sign-up. These small frictions stop someone who briefly gets into your account from quietly redirecting your money.

Verified teachers, real people

Every teacher passes identity and qualification checks before any student can find them, and must be at least 18 — their date of birth is verified against their ID. You always know you're learning from a real, vetted person.

Protected payments

Your coins and payments stay on the platform, and a teacher's earnings are held safely until a class is delivered. Withdrawals go only to the teacher's own registered mobile-money number. If anyone asks you to pay off-platform, decline and tell us through Help & Support.

Security is a partnership: we build the locks, and a strong, private password from you does the rest.
