Fair play on Braabby: booking, cancellations and showing up ready

A live class only works when both sides show up prepared and on time. Our Class Charter sets out a few fair rules so every lesson counts.

You're in control of your schedule

On Braabby, you choose your teacher and book the times that suit you — learning fits your life, not the other way around.

Cancellations, the fair way

Plans change, and that's fine. Cancel more than 12 hours ahead and every coin comes back. Under 12 hours, the teacher is paid for the time they held for you — there is no half-way. If a teacher ever misses a confirmed lesson, every coin comes straight back to your balance.

Need a different time? Reschedule

You can reschedule up to 12 hours before the start — pick a slot your teacher is free, or accept a new time they propose (your teacher can propose a new time at any point). A lesson runs for 25 or 50 minutes, whichever you booked, and the timer starts at the scheduled time whether or not you've joined yet.

Show up ready

Arrive a few minutes early, test your connection, and bring a question. The blackboard is saved after class for revision, so you can listen instead of frantically copying.
