Five ways to get more from every live class

A live class is precious time with an expert. Here's how to make every minute count.

1. Arrive with a question

Before class, skim the topic and note one thing that confuses you. Walking in with a question focuses the whole lesson.

2. Use the blackboard replay

3. Ask, don't nod

If something isn't clear, say so. Teachers can't see your confusion through a screen unless you tell them. That's what the class is for.
